My first professional job at 20 years old was working for a family law attorney. I immediately felt drawn to the fact that family law attorneys help real people with real problems. Many areas of practice are so transactional, but in family law, I never forget that I am fighting for my friends and neighbors.

Divorce is one of the most difficult things a person can go through, especially when children are involved. I can help parents get through the process by being in their corner, then they can focus on being the best parents possible without all the distractions created by a divorce. Children need their parents more than anything and if I can focus parents on what is important, then I have done my job well.
